We are glad to inform you that we implement a District Governor's Diabetes Awareness Award for fiscal year. The winner of this award will be conferred during our next convention at Johor.
Our DG always suggests to us to serve with humility, we shall make this event successful and bring further benefits to our people. Today, we shall introduce you to our Diabetes Awareness Award.
This award will be presented to the winner club. However, if the activity is a conjointed project of several clubs, the award will be given to all the participating club of that project. There are several rules and regulations must be complied:
- You must report on the number of people benefited from this event by enclosing the patient’s attendance sheet;
- You must report on the number of club involved in your final report;
- You must state on the number of members from your club in your final report;
- You must submit your photo with your final report - please stick your photos on a separate blank A4 paper, you may need more papers if you have many photos;
- You must present your press coverage by sticking your newspaper cutting on a separate blank A4 paper, you may need more paper if you have many cutting.
- In a conjointed project, any club sends less than 3 members will be disqualified.
- In a conjointed project, one good final report from all the participating clubs will do.
You must submit your document to your regional DC Diabetes Awareness before the end of January 2009. We enclose our
marking form, if you have any question, please do not hesitate to contact your regional DC.

这个奖项将授予赢的支会。如果一项糖尿病醒觉运动是由几个支会联合举办，大奖将给予所有参与此项目的支会。当然，有几个规则和规例必须遵守：

- 您必须报告有多支会参涉（请您在的最后报告上澄清）;
- 您必须报告有多成员参涉（请您在的最后报告上澄清）;
- 你必须提交您的照片与您的最后报告（请将您的照片贴上一张空白的A 4纸，您可以附上更多的文件若您有许多照片）;
- 你必须提交您的剪报（请将您的剪报贴上一张空白的A 4纸，您可以附上更多的文件若您有许多剪报）;
- 在一个联合举办项目，任何支会派少过3名成员该支会被取消资格。
- 在一个联合举办项目，所有参加支会可以提交一份总结的最后联合报告。
